1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 1shows ("1shows", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 1shows online casino platform accessible at https://1shows.cam and any related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

2.2 Account Registration Process

To register an account, you must provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 1shows. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we detect or reasonably believe that you have created multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any associated transactions, and forfeit any balances, winnings, or bonuses across all accounts without prior notice.

2.3 Verification Requirements

As part of our regulatory obligations and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, 1shows may require you to provide additional documentation to verify your identity. Such documentation may include but is not limited to government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 1shows of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 1shows will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.2 Account Usage

Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise shared with any third party. You may not allow any other person to access your account or to use your account credentials. If we discover that you have permitted such access or shared credentials, we reserve the right to immediately close your account and forfeit any balances.

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or suspect that your account security has been compromised, you must immediately notify 1shows customer support. We will take appropriate action to secure your account, which may include temporarily suspending access while we investigate the matter.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Requirements

5.3 Promotional Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive promotional communications from 1shows via email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the Services but may result in your ineligibility for certain promotions.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

8. Responsible Gaming

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT 1SHOWS HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 1shows' total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you must first contact 1shows customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. 12. Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If bonus funds or pending wagering requirements exist, those will be forfeited upon account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at 1shows' sole discretion.

12.2 Termination by 1shows

1shows reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, abusive behavior, or inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services ceases immediately. 1shows will return any remaining legitimate account balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to 1shows and forfeiture of any bonus funds or winnings obtained through Terms violations.

13. Amendments to Terms

1shows reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
